Marco is Associate Professor at UWA Law School in Perth where he teaches Torts and Health Law & Policy in the JD, and Risk Regulation in the Masters programmes. His teaching experience spans a variety of private law, regulatory and theoretical subjects, across both core courses and specialised electives, as well as multiple course structures and delivery methods. His research interests include health law & policy, risk regulation, tort law, and law & technology. Marco is well versed in doctrinal, interdisciplinary and multi-method research and he is an experienced collaborator and grant applicant. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence.
