Nara Ganbat_RegNet

Dr Nara Ganbat is an alumna of RegNet and currently a social justice consultant based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. She works with international development agencies, and international and domestic NGOs.

Before commencing her PhD study at RegNet, Nara has worked in human rights policy and research holding senior positions with the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia. Nara’s PhD thesis titled ‘Transcending Human Rights Instrumentalism’ explored the ways that the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities interact with domestic laws, society and politics.
