Systems of inequity series Ep.4: Embracing complexity - thinking and working in systems

When it comes to addressing the complex problem that is population health and health inequities in relation to the COVID-19 crisis, a systems approach is a useful way of thinking and working moving forward. But where do we begin?

Dr Melanie Pescud, Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Research Centre For Health Equity at the School of Regulation and Global Governance and the Australian Prevention Partnership Centre discusses some key steps for taking a systems approach and asks us to pause and reflect on the change we seek to make as individuals and as a collective to alchemise the crisis into a catalyst for change.

This is the fourth video in series ‘Systems of inequity – what hope for health post Covid-19?’. Watch the others here.
