Hilary Charlesworth awarded honorary degree

RegNet is proud to announce that Hilary Charlesworth has been awarded a Doctorate Honoris Causa from Faculté de droit et de criminologie de l’Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium, on April 21, 2016, in a ceremony themed ‘Law and Emancipation’.
The degree was awarded in honor of Hilary’s work as a specialist in feminist critique of international law. Through her theoretical work and public engagement, she has ceaselessly and without compromise interrogated law’s emancipatory promise.
