Conor has worked in organisational transformation across government and industry for more than 25 years, leading governance and major change initiatives.
His research examines why organisational decisions that make sense at the time sometimes fail to endure. He studies the behavioural mechanisms that shape organisational judgement under conditions of uncertainty, with a particular interest in behavioural governance.
