Robyn Holder_RegNet

Dr Robyn Holder is a socio-legal scholar who examines the interface between systems of justice and those who have experienced victimisation and injustice, and the mediating role of rights. She completed her PhD in 2014 at RegNet under Professor Peter Grabosky’s supervision. Robyn is co-convenor, with Dr Nieke Elbers of the NSCR (Netherlands), of an LSA International Research Collaboration that brings together early and mid-career scholars researching victims, citizenship and justice. Her current work investigates accountability of criminal justice decision-makers with a particular focus on the public prosecutor. Robyn continues to build on her postdoctoral fellowship examining the role of advocacy for victims in international criminal tribunals and its transferability to domestic jurisdictions. She came to academia with over 20 years’ senior executive experience in public policy, system change, and law reform in Australia and the UK.
