Esther is recognised for her exceptional ability to engage, motivate and support diverse cohorts, from entry-level regulators to senior professionals, through teaching that is reflexive, practical and deeply grounded in real-world regulatory experience. Through thoughtful facilitation, adaptive pedagogy and an unwavering commitment to students, Esther has already made a remarkable impact on teaching and learning in the College.

Dr Jenna Harb
Jenna is recognised for her complete redesign of REGN8002/9053 Governance and Social Theory, creating an inclusive, student-centred learning environment that seamlessly supports hybrid delivery while making complex social theory accessible, engaging and practical for Masters and HDR students.
Dr John Noel Viaña
John is recognised for his innovative leadership in REGN8014 Contemporary Issues in Technology Governance. His pioneering AI-disclosure assessment design and deep commitment to equity, student welfare and inclusive teaching have strengthened RegNet’s pedagogy and student learning experiences.
Professional Staff Awards
Danielle Anderson, School Manager
Danielle has gone above and beyond in her role, demonstrating exceptional leadership during one of the University’s most challenging periods. She ensures that all students and staff are well-supported, informed and equipped to succeed in their roles. She remains calm under pressure, streamlines processes to improve efficiency and fosters an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
