ARC Laureate Planetary Health Equity Hothouse
The Menzies Centre for Health Governance at the School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet) is seeking two dynamic and energetic Research Fellows to join ANU Professor Sharon Friel’s new ARC Laureate Fellowship (The Laureate) team and contribute to the world class research initiative: The Planetary Health Equity (PHE) Hothouse.
The Laureate will integrate health, social equity and climate change agendas through the lens of PHE; examine the political economy of the global consumptogenic system, study the interests, ideas, and institutions involved in governing planetary health equity, and identify innovative governance approaches to enable the development of intersectoral policy and business practices that advance PHE. Ultimately, the Laureate aims to understand how to address the political, commercial and social determinants of PHE.
The Candidate will work closely with the ARC Laureate Fellow, Professor Sharon Friel, work as part of the Hothouse team, and alongside other Menzies Centre, RegNet and ANU colleagues.
