Christian Downie on EU carbon border tax - SBS News

The European Union’s new plan to address climate change includes a carbon tax proposal applied to countries outside the EU for importing fossil fuel intensive materials.
In an interview with SBS News, RegNet’s Christian Downie says the border carbon tax will have serious damage to Australia’s diplomatic reputation as well as well our export industries.
