Time to stop flirting with ‘blue’ hydrogen and go green, experts say

Speaking at the Smart Energy Conference on 13 May 2021, Emma Aisbett, Associate Director of Research for ANU Zero-Carbon Energy for the Asia-Pacific (ZCEAP) Grand Challenge, highlights that proper certification of hydrogen production is important in order understand the emissions produced through different methods and that buyers of hydrogen received more information than mere labels of ‘blue’ or ‘green’.
