Dr Virginia Marshall is the Principal solicitor of Triple BL Legal. She commenced practice as a criminal defence lawyer and as Associate and Researcher for the Federal Court, Sydney; later working in Native title and in Commonwealth and State policy roles. Virginia has held senior positions with the NSW Government in Indigenous water rights and governance and with the Australian Law Reform Commission Inquiry into Commonwealth law reform. Virginia is the Inaugural Indigenous Postdoctoral Fellow at the Australian National University.
