Public health advocacy strategies to influence policy agendas

An investigation of strategies that advance health considerations in trade policymaking may have useful insights for efforts to promote health in other policy areas, according to the researchers involved in a study recently published in Globalization and Health. Led by Dr Belinda Townsend, the authors have developed a framework of public health advocacy strategies effective in advancing attention to health in trade policymaking.
