The School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet) is seeking a Research Officer to contribute to a new research project led by RegNet's Associate Professor Nick Bainton.
The successful applicant will join a dynamic community of researchers from different disciplines united by a shared interest in regulation and governance. The Research Officer works as part of the research team, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and assisting with the design and implementation of project related activities.
The idea candidate will have a degree or demonstrated relevant experience in a research or support role in the areas of the social aspects of large-scale resource extraction (ideally including deep seabed mining) and/or energy transitions, as well as familiarity with qualitative research methodologies.
