The government has partnered Canberra-based startup Dragonfly Thinking to enhance policymaking through advanced AI solutions. As one of the first AI suppliers outside Microsoft, Dragonfly Thinking has secured a six-month, $811,000 contract to trial its software and services, aimed at equipping policymakers with improved AI skills and fostering inclusivity in the public service.

Founded by Professors Anthea Roberts and Miranda Forsyth at the ANU School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet), Dragonfly Thinking is pioneering a new frontier in Think Tech—technology to help people think in less siloed and polarized ways when navigating complexity. Read more here.
