Master Sergeant Precilla A. Lawrence

Master Sergeant Precilla A. Lawrence is the Law Office Superintendent for the United States Embassy, Canberra, Australia. In this capacity, she provides primary legal support to the United States Ambassador to Australia, Defense Attaché, US Defense Representative-Australia, and 750 Active Duty Military and Dependents across Australia. She oversees the Foreign Criminal Jurisdiction program and all Status of Forces matters in support of permanent party members and combined exercises totaling 50,000 joint service personnel.

MSgt Lawrence is a Masters Student enrolled at the Australian National University School of Regulation and Governance. MSgt Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Managemnent, with a minor in Project Management, an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and Curruiculum Development. She is a member of the NALA, Paralegal Professional Association.

MSgt Lawrence is passionate about equal opportunity and effective education for all members of society and as such dedicates her time in providing tutoring and curriculum advice to non-profit organizations.
MSgt Lawrence currently volunteers with the Smith Family NPO. Being a Junior-Olympic Netball player, MSgt Lawrence was extremely excited about her notification of posting to Australia. She hopes to play for the Bullants Netball Club in the next season.
