This project examines the basic architectures of regulation and governance related to diet-related NCDs in four policy domains – food composition, food labelling, food taxation and food marketing restrictions. The end goal is to create a typology of regulatory governance that improves population nutrition in Australia. Funded by the Medical Research Future Fund (2019-2021).
