Advisory board

The advisory board is responsible for determining the strategic and broad policy direction of the Philippines project.

The advisory board comprises five members:

  • Professor Michael Wesley (ex-officio Chair)
    Dean, College of Asia and the Pacific, ANU
  • Mr Allaster Cox
    First Assistant Secretary, South-East Asia Maritime Division, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
  • Professor Arsenio M. Balisacan
    Chair, Philippine Competition Commission
  • Professor Mina Roces
    Professor of History, School of Humanities and Languages, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of New South Wales
  • Dr Imelda Deinla (ex officio, non-voting)
    Project Director, Philippines Project

Sub-committee

The sub-committee formulates guidelines and procedures for the research grant and fellowship programs.

The sub-committee comprises five members:
