Linmu Li is Associate Professor and Deputy Dean of the School of Public Finance and Taxation, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics (NUFE), P. R. China. During the period of 1995 to 2001 he was a tax official in Fujian Provincial Office, the State Administration of Taxation of China.
From 2001 to 2004, Linmu studied for his Ph.D. at the Department of Public Finance in Xiamen University, majoring in taxation. In July 2006, he transfered to NUFE, teaching courses related to taxation for graduate and undergradrate students.
