Eugenio is the Yale Fox Visiting Fellow at the Australian National University, where he is exploring the social and political effects of the privatization and corporatization processes of the bureaucratic structures that have taken place in recent decades around the world.
He has a LL.B. from the Catholic University of Chile, where he graduated with honours. He also has an LL.M. from Yale Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar and a Chilean Government Scholar (CONICYT). At Yale, he served as a lead editor of the Yale Journal of Regulation. Before studying at Yale, Eugenio was a Professor of Law at the Catholic University of Chile and a senior associate in the public law group of one of the largest law firms in Latin America, where he sponsored and argued several cases before the Chilean Supreme Court. His publications include more than a dozen articles and book chapters.
