Donald is a Research Assistant at The ANU Cybercrime Observatory. He currently holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Macquarie University and is working towards a combined Criminology/Psychology Degree here at the ANU.

Donald has co-authored several reports with the Cybercrime Observatory. These include the Cyber Terrorism: Research Review, Online Child Exploitation Material – Trends and Emerging Issues, and Phishing and Spam: A Pilot Experiment.

Donald is currently working on the updated versions of the Cyber Terrorism and Child Exploitation material projects with Harrison Rule and Bryan Matamoros-Macias. He is also working with Bianca Sabol and David Lord on the illicit Darknet marketplaces report for the Korean Institute of Criminology.
