Yuan Xu (Xuyuan)

Xuyuan is currently an Associate Professor in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. He mainly teaches international trade law and international technology trade for undergraduates and graduates.
In 1999, Xuyuan passed the national lawyer qualification exam and obtained the national certificate of lawyer qualification. From 2007 to 2010, he studied at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, majoring in international trade, and was awarded the economic doctorate. His doctoral dissertation topic was Trade Barriers to Intellectual Property Rights.
From 2012, Xuyuan began his post-doctorate research work in the Center for Studies of Intellectual Property Rights, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, working on Globalization of Intellectual Property Rights Law and the Developing Strategy of Chinese Trade under the supervision of Wu-handong.
