RegNet and CEPS Associate Professor Grant Wardlaw and Dr Clarke Jones recently visited the Philippines to negotiate a new research project with local corrections authorities. They hope to examine how policies of concentration versus dispersal influence the degree to which terrorist prisoners radicalise others. While in the Philippines Prof Wardlaw and Dr Jones also gave presentations to local authorities on lessons learned from international experience with terrorist prisoner management and started work on another project involving prison gangs.
