The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) has apparently decided that it is up in arms over a Gillard government policy announced more than a year ago.
In this week's The Conversation, RegNet Research Fellow and Co-Director of the Climate and Environmental Governance Network (CEGNet), Dr Kyla Tienhaara, suggests this move by the ACCI is not one based on facts.
