The October 2016 joint Legal Pluralism/Human Rights Reading Group will take place in the Institutes Board Room, Coombs Extension Building, Room 1.12 (the former Graduate Studies Room), Wednesday 19 October, 3.00pm - 4.30pm.

Discussion will centre on Mariana Valverde’s Chronotopes of Law, which can be accessed via the ANU library here.

Miranda Forsyth can also be contacted for access to a copy of the book.

The book may be relevant to those interested in law and spatiality and temporality, both in the context of legal pluralism, human rights and more broadly.

Those interested in attending this reading group are advised that the book is more accessible than the title suggests, and are encouraged to read at least chapter one.
