The Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet) is a dynamic community of scholars from different disciplines united by our interest in governance and regulation. Combining rigorous interdisciplinary research with innovative forms of knowledge-translation locally, nationally and globally, RegNet has received international recognition as one of the world’s most vibrant governance and regulatory academic centres. Our work is built on principles of justice, sustainability and human well-being and has a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. Currently we work in the following thematic areas: Intellectual Property and Knowledge Governance; International Law and Human Rights; Natural and Human Environments; Social Capital; Society and Health; and Rule of Law. We welcome new research directions.
Professor Sharon Friel joined RegNet as Professor of Health Equity in May 2014 and became Director in July 2014.
