The Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet) at the Australian National University has been a pioneer in studies of regulation. Major RegNet projects over the last decade include policing and security, taxation, restorative justice, peacebuilding, environmental governance and the governance of knowledge. This conference will assess some of this work and explore future directions in regulatory studies.
